So you need a survey…

You are selling or purchasing property. You have been told you need a survey. The first questions I get as a surveyor are usually how much and how soon.

I am happy to give you a quote. I will need a copy of your deed, legal description, or old survey to give an estimate or quote. I need to know what I am working with to give you an accurate quote.

We can schedule the survey and can usually get you worked into the schedule to meet your time frame. Our normal week is Monday through Thursday and I reserve Friday for emergency jobs.

Saxon Surveying, Inc. has been in business since January 2003. My first project was assisting in Columbia Shuttle disaster. My business has grown from one person in a garage to a staff of over 27 people before the real estate crash. I currently employ a survey tech and two field crews to serve your survey needs.

We are accessible. While I may not be at my office phone 24 hours a day, I do have email and text that is constantly checked on my cell phone.

I don’t like surprises. I am upfront about cost. We generally work by contract and with a retainer unless other arrangements are made.

Since 2003 we have performed over 4000 jobs across the State of Texas. Chances are we have done something close to you.

There are a lot of good surveyors out there. Some are busy and some not so much. I want your experience with me to be more of a “getting to know what you need” than just a transaction with a piece of paper (Survey) that gets your loan closed.

A correct and accurate survey along with your title policy is “peace of mind” for what is probably one of the most expensive investments you will make in your lifetime.
